Schools Summer Vacation Fees: To Pay or Not to Pay?

Every year this question becomes a big dilemma for parents and school management and there is a lot going on in the news about it. The government claims that they have asked schools not to charge summer vacation fees while parents complain that when they approach schools with this decision the school management acts totally blank.
